Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar for coating

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread filling on tortillas, fold, and roll tightly.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Coat warm Xango desserts in cinnamon sugar and serve.
