- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare the cake mix as per the box instructions. Set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture on top, and swirl together.
- Top with chopped strawberries or jam.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- If you want an extra strawberry boost, swap the white cake mix for strawberry cake mix.
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate the cake before serving.
