  • 3 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed chocolate wafers
  • Ice as needed
  • Optional: Whipped cream

  • Cocktail shaker

Method
 

  1. Coat the rims of your glasses with chocolate syrup and dip them in crushed wafers.
  2. Blend Baileys, vodka, chocolate syrup, milk, and ice until smooth.
  3. Pour the mix into glasses and top with whipped cream and wafers if you like.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
