Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
  • Mix in sausage and cheese until crumbly.
  • Stir in butter and milk until dough forms.
  • Shape into balls and arrange on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Freeze uncooked balls for future use.
  • Pair with honey mustard or marinara for dipping.
