Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups kefir
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 pan.
  2. Whisk kefir, eggs, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and powder in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Cool, top as desired, and enjoy!

  • Kefir Substitute: If you don’t have kefir, plain yogurt works as a substitute, but the tanginess may be less pronounced.
