- 6 ripe passion fruits choose heavy, slightly wrinkled fruits
- 1 to 1½ cups filtered water adjust to desired consistency
- ¼ to ½ cup simple syrup or your preferred liquid sweetener
- Ice cubes optional
- 1 lime optional, for extra brightness
Adjust Flavor:
Taste the juice. If it’s too tart, add more simple syrup; if too thick, add more water. Optionally, stir in the juice of 1 lime.
