Ingredients
  

  • 10 pounds muscadine grapes
  • 2 pounds granulated sugar
  • 1 packet wine yeast
  • 1 teaspoon yeast nutrient
  • 1 campden tablet optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and crush the grapes.
  2. Combine grapes, sugar, yeast nutrient, and campden tablet in a fermentation bucket.
  3. Add yeast after 24 hours and ferment for 7-10 days.
  4. Rack the wine into a carboy and age for 3-6 months.
  5. Bottle and enjoy!
