Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until aromatic.
  • Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  • Deglaze skillet with broth or wine, then add remaining butter and lemon juice.
  • Toss shrimp in the sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve with pasta, rice, or a fresh salad for a balanced meal.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
