Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Silicone spatula

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until aromatic.
  3. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  4. Deglaze skillet with broth or wine, then add remaining butter and lemon juice.
  5. Toss shrimp in the sauce and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve with pasta, rice, or a fresh salad for a balanced meal.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
