Chocolate Ganache:
  • 2 cups Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup optional

  • Two 9-inch round cake pans
  • Offset spatula

Method
 

Prep Your Workspace (10 minutes)
  1. Heat oven to 350°F
