  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

Clean and Prepare the Fruit:
  1. Wash the dragon fruit thoroughly. Cut it in half using a knife and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Blend the Mixture:
  1. Place the dragon fruit flesh into your blender. Add coconut water, ice cubes, and a splash of lemon juice if you like. For extra sweetness, add honey or agave syrup.
Blend Until Smooth:
  1. Cover the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. If needed, add more water to reach your desired consistency.
Strain (Optional):
