- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

- Gradually add cream, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in dry ingredients until no lumps remain.
- Chill batter for 30 minutes.
- Spoon batter into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
