- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the bell pepper and snap peas, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
