  • 1 oz 30ml Midori melon liqueur
  • 1 oz 30ml Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 oz 30ml banana liqueur
  • 2 oz 60ml sweet and sour mix
  • 1 oz 30ml pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherry and orange slice for garnish

  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Hurricane glass or tall cocktail glass
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice
  2. Pour in the Midori, coconut rum, and banana liqueur
  3. Add the sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled
  5. Fill your hurricane glass with fresh ice
  6. Strain the mixture into your glass
  7. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice
