- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil water and butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
- Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pipe or spoon dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Slice cooled pastry shells and fill with vanilla cream. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
