Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup blackberry puree
  • Powdered sugar and fresh blackberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Boil water and butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
  • Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  • Pipe or spoon dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in blackberry puree.
  • Slice cooled pastry shells and fill with blackberry cream. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh blackberries.
