Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil water and butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
- Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pipe or spoon dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in blackberry puree.
- Slice cooled pastry shells and fill with blackberry cream. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh blackberries.
