  • 1 cup potatoes diced
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
